Handicap Placards

We have applications for temporary Placards. Persons with temporary disabilities will be issued a placard which will be good for the length of time certified by a physician, up to a maximum of three months.

We have applications for permanent or temporary (90 day) handicap placards to be filed out by you and your doctor. For a $1.00 fee, we will issue the temporary placards only.
