Frankfort Township Food Pantry and the Northern Illinois Food Bank will be having representatives available to help you complete a confident SNAP application or answer any questions about benefits.

August 22nd, September 26th, and October 24th from 10:00am-1:00pm
at the Frankfort Township Food Pantry

Not sure if you qualify?
We can help! You will need the following for everyone in your household:
**Proof of Identity (Driver's License, State ID, or Alien Registration Card)
**Proof of Residence (Rent/Mortgage bill or Utility bill)
**Proof of Income (Pay Stubs, Bank Statements, Social Security, Veteran's benefits, Pension, etc.)
**Medical Expenses (60+, Blind, or Disabled ONLY)

NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.
