Ready to feel better, move easier, and build total-body confidence? StretchStrong Balance is a fun and energizing class designed to help you improve flexibility, build muscle with strength training, boost coordination, & prevent falls! Perfect for all fitness levels! SILVER BARRE
Join us for a standing Dynamic low-impact, joint-friendly workout and balance class, using support surfaces to build strength, motor control, and activity tolerance through large body movements. Enhances posture and stability needed for daily activities.

Fit, Sit, & Strong
Fit & Sit is a seated to standing exercise program for older adults. Each class consists of a warmup, 10-15 mintues of seated aerobics exercise, cool down, and a fun exercise game!
