Join us for a standing Dynamic low-impact, joint-friendly workout and balance class, using support surfaces to build strength, motor control, and activity tolerance through large body movements. Enhances posture and stability needed for daily activities.

Join Catholic Charities and us for a Fall Prevention Senior Fair!
Work on home safety solutions, balance/strength tips, health/wellness, screenings/assessments, and community resources.

Fit, Sit, & Strong
Fit & Sit is a seated to standing exercise program for older adults. Each class consists of a warmup, 10-15 mintues of seated aerobics exercise, cool down, and a fun exercise game!
