FIT & STRONG
Do you have pain or stiffness in your lower body? Fit & Strong is an exercise/ behavior change program for older adults with lower extremity osteoarthritis. Each class is 60 minutes of group discussion/ health education.

Join us as we take over a private screening room for Wicked: For Good (Part Two)! Elphaba is branded the Wicked Witch of the West and becomes a fugitive, while Glinda rises as the 'Good Witch.' Set alongside the events of The Wizard of Oz, the story depicts Elphaba’s efforts to protect Oz’s animals, Glinda’s ties to the Wizard, and the events leading to Dorothy’s arrival and Elphaba’s staged death.
